If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer (and this also works for some other browsers), you can right-click on the hyperlink to the body of the message. This will bring up a pop-up menu giving you the option (amongst others) to open the message in a new window. Once you've read the message, close that window, and the 'main' screen will still be there, removing the need to re-load it.If your question has not been answered, by the above, please use the e-mail facility below to send your query to the netwebmaster at Hemscott for resolution.
