Hemscott
bears no responsibility whatsoever for use of the Information Exchange
nor for any message put on the Information Exchange. Hemscott exercises
no editorial control over messages posted on the Information Exchange
. Hemscott is not and shall not be deemed to be an author, editor
or publisher for the purposes of section 1 of the Defamation Act 1996
nor for the purposes of any other legal provision, statutory or otherwise.
Do
not post information which is abusive or offensive in any way and do not
repeat the same postings. Hemscott reserves the right to remove without
notice any message, document or other information which is brought to
its attention and which Hemscott considers to be unsuitable, or in
any way inappropriate for the Information Exchange.
Hemscott
has the right to deny access to the Information Exchange to any user or
potential user without giving reasons.
Do
not post any message on the Information Exchange which might constitute
the carrying on of an investment activity under UK Financial Services
Legislation.
